Outlier is not a new club we are building in order to sell memberships from an apply link. This is a house that belongs to a small, eclectic group with their sights set on something bigger. Access, curation, programming, and the use of the building are shaped around the co-owners. Join the inner circle that we want to design the future with.
What does it mean to be a Co-Owner?
YOU OWN THE HOUSE
The actual building at 1409 Sutter and the Outlier community. It’s a group of friends out to change things and have a great time doing it.
This becomes our home and “office” for the future: technologically, culturally and spiritually.
Those who contribute +1.5M will have personalized and unique access.
SHARE OUR HOME
Outlier will not be accessible to the public. Guests will need to be given a private link to access the space, book rooms, or join for anything.
Co-Owners have a unique link to share with their community to extend their privileges, rates and access, without needing to be present.
CALENDAR
We’re building this for us. We’ll work with each Co-Owner to understand how they plan to use the space each year.
We’ll work closely with you to ensure that the ways you’d like to use the space and host your guests and events are prioritized above all else.
And between the open dates, we'll be doing what we do best - bringing together the most interesting people we know, hosting special immersions, dinners, and parties.
COMMUNITY STEWARDSHIP
As a collective of Co-Owners, we’ll decide who else has access to the space.
We plan to build an extended community of about 500 extremely diverse and unique humans who will contribute something, be it money, art, experience or anything else, on an annual basis and receive annual access.
Help us shape that group and veto anyone you know doesn’t align.
CO-OWNER EVENTS
It’s a small group of crazy busy people, but we’ll do our best to make sure you get some good connection time with each other. And you’ll be our first call to the most interesting invitations we get around the world, as well as our prototype lab for our most out-there experiences.
SPECIAL RATES, ROOMS AND ACCESS
You’ll have direct access to our offline rooms with our best rates, tables, events, immersions and more to come.
