Outlier is a global community of explorers, artists, technologists, and musicians who are predominantly concerned with the present + future reality of what it means to be human. We are concerned with many other things, however, that seems to be the most common thread. Another common thread is that we need a home and that home must be in the epicenter of where our culture is from and the crucible of where the future will be written.

So to get started we recently purchased an operating 1881 historic mansion hotel called Sutter Mansion in the center of San Francisco. We’re redesigning and reprogramming the building and getting it ready to open as Outlier in early 2027 as our first home.

Once open, Outliers can stay, host, soak, eat, sweat, hang, play music, share, collaborate, or just fuck around.

As we slowly sunset Sutter Mansion, it is currently operating both as it’s originally historic hotel and is the new home of our Founders who are hosting friends and experimenting with collaborators as we scale up our compute to be ready for all y’all’s craziness.
